Terms and Conditions
1) In Store
a) Returnable samples can be loaned for up to 2 weeks.
2) Web Store
a) Minimum order is 1 metre. Only whole metres (units) of fabric can be purchased online.
b) Customers can order swatches at 20p each plus £2.34 for postage.
c) Colours may differ slightly from the images.
3) Stock availability
Our materials are not mass produced therefore we advise our customers to check stock availability before deciding on a fabric. We re-stock once a year and can always advise on an alternative design.
4) Returns and Exchanges
a) All cut fabric purchases are final sales. You must satisfy yourself as to the fitness for the purpose for which the fabric is intended.
b) Small items, clothing and accessories are refundable if we are notified within 7 days and are returned to us in perfect condition.
5) Retail Delivery - within the UK.
a) Estimated delivery is between 4 – 8 working days.
b) Delivery Costs:
For Swatches = £2.34
For orders up to £39.99 = £4.68
For orders between £40 to £79.99 delivery = £7.04
For orders between £80 to £159.99 delivery = £11.76
For orders over £160 delivery = £15.00
c) Smaller fabric purchases - depending on weight - will be tissue wrapped and boxed. Larger amounts (e.g. 7 metres upwards) will be dispatched on a cardboard tube unless otherwise discussed with us.
6) International Retail and Trade Delivery
We can arrange to ship or post purchases anywhere in the world. Please contact us for a quote.
7) Trade Delivery
a) We will quote the estimated delivery costs once items have been packaged and weighed.
8) Curtain and Blind Making
a) We ask that a 50% deposit is paid before work is carried out. The outstanding amount must be paid upon delivery.
b) We charge a £40 measuring fee within a 50-mile radius. This is refundable against an order.
c) We will make any necessary adjustments to curtains once they have been hanging for up to 3 months, provided they were measured and installed by us.
9) Special Orders (eg, made-to-measure table linen)
We ask that a 50% deposit is paid before work is carried out. The outstanding amount must be paid upon delivery.
