Makes approximately 48 biscuits Ingredients240g Butter240g Granulated sugar240g Brown sugar2 eggs355g Sifted plain flour700g Rolled oats120g Flax seeds180g Sunflower seeds1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Baking soda1 tsp Vanilla Instructions Preheat the oven at 180 oC. Cream the butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat together and blend well. Add the flour, salt, baking soda and oats, mixing well. Blend in the seeds. Using a dessert spoon drop small round amounts onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack and store in an upright container. |
