Makes approximately 48 biscuits Ingredients1 cup Butter1 cup Granulated sugar1 cup Brown sugar2 eggs1 & 1/2 cups Sifted plain flour3 cups Rolled oats1/2 cup Flax seeds3/4 cup Sunflower seeds1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Baking soda1 tsp VanillaInstructionsPreheat the oven at 180 oC. Cream the butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat together and blend well. Add the flour, salt, baking soda and oats, mixing well. Blend in the seeds. Using a dessert spoon drop small round amounts onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container. |
